• MOQ: The minimum order quantity depends on the size, unit weight, and color customization of the product. For single-color PVC, the MOQ is 300kgs, while the general MOQ is 1000pcs. Smaller or larger products are negotiable.
• Sample Service: We offer samples with a lead time of 5-10 days. The sampling fee is refundable after the first order is confirmed or upon deposit payment (for order amount > USD20000). Sample before order is typically made using suitable alternative PVC, but using the exact same PVC as the order may incur an additional cost.
• OEM & ODM Service: We provide both OEM and ODM services. With our ISO management system and BSCI, ICIT operation, we can turn your design into a sample and then proceed to mass production. Our own designer team and prototype sampling workshops enable us to bring your ideas to life. We offer 2D, 3D, and digital printing services.
• Customized Pricing: As your products are customized, we provide quotations based on your specific requirements. Please provide us with product images, size, thickness of PVC, import region, and any other relevant details to help us offer you the best price.
• Certificates and Audits: We are an audited manufacturer with certifications from ICTI, ISO, GSV, and Walmart.
• Customization Options: We accept OEM orders and can print products with your own logo. Additionally, we can provide custom packaging based on your design.
• Sample Availability: Customized samples are available with a sample charge ranging from USD 100-500, depending on your requirements. The sample lead time is 3-10 days for no print or digital print samples. We usually use our existing material for trial samples, and the print set up charge will be refunded after the order is placed.
• Shipping and Payment: Delivery costs are paid by the buyer. You can choose to pre-pay for the sample to avail of cheaper costs. For order placement, we follow a simple process of inquiry, quotation, confirmation, deposit payment, pre-production, mass production, shipping, and final payment.
